To assist us in doing this please include full details in your enquiries including vehicle application, other manufacturers’/OE numbers as well as quantities.

Our proforma invoice acts as our order confirmation.

Orders

Orders should be confirmed as soon as possible after you receive our proforma invoice.

Please include packing and shipping specifications with your order.

You will be kept fully advised on the progress of all orders on a regular basis.

Samples

If we request samples for production they should be OE parts wherever possible in order to maintain accurate tolerances etc in production.

We can supply samples on request.  Ask us for details.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed (subject to time/distance since purchase) against material or manufacturing defects provided that the component has been properly installed and has been subjected to normal operating conditions.
